Old Oak Dining Chairs

Chairs can be intimidating for the less exprienced woodworker but step by step instruction will make it all fall into place. With the use of jigs it is possible to make several chairs at the same time and ensure they all match exactly.

Intended to go with the Refectory table but use with any suitable table.
Made from oak or any hardwood (remember Phillipine mahogany is not considered a hardwood) or could be made from straight grained pine.
Seat and back fabric can be leather or any upholstery fabris that suits your decor.
The turned legs will be easy enough to have made at your local turner if you do not have a lathe.
